| I wish I had a before picture of
these 2 rooms! The ceiling sagged 2" from a
previous job. I repaired the ceiling, added a decorative beam and columns, added
trim then put in a new window. |

Also, the floor
between the 2 rooms was uneven. Guests and
family members were tripping on the floor! I overlayed a new 3/8" floor on one
side, matched woods and leveled the entire floor. |
